Information Technology Insurance Specialists (I.T.I.S.) ABN 26089084962 (AFS Licence No 241377) has arranged a Motor Vehicle Facility with Lumley General Insurance Limited ABN 24000036279 (AFS Licence No 241461) for Paradigm Total Salary Management.
The facility is arranged to enable the employees of Paradigm TSM clients to obtain comprehensive motor vehicle insurance, where those employees have organised a Novated Lease under the salary management program their employer has arranged with Paradigm TSM.
The policy is a Master Motor Vehicle Fleet policy with Paradigm Total Salary Management as the nominated party. When an employee agrees to be covered under the Master policy they will be charged premium on a monthly basis on the rating information they have provided and the cover for their vehicle will run for a twelve month period from the date of placing cover.
We confirm that Paradigm are not authorised to provide financial services or are not an agent of I.T.I.S. or Lumley and therefore are not representatives of either company.

WHAT TO DO AFTER AN ACCIDENT

Every person insuring under this motor vehicle facility will receive a Motor Vehicle Accident Glove Box Kit, which has a 1800 number to contact 24 hours . 7 days a week and also explains what to do after an accident.
After An Accident:
If your vehicle requires towing or if you have any enquiries regarding the accident, please phone 1800 652 256 24 hours a day . 7 days a week.
and Lumley will
Arrange for the damage vehicle to be towed to your nominated repairer
Arrange for the driver to be returned to their office or residence
Arrange to have the vehicle quoted, assessed and repaired
Arrange to have the repaired vehicle returned to the driver
Provide a guarantee of all repairs completed at a Lumley Network Repairer
If the vehicle is driveable obtain a quotation from your nominated repairer and book your car in to be repaired at a time convenient to yourself and the repairer. Ask the repairer to contact Lumley and arrange an assessment for the day upon which the vehicle is booked in. Where possible, leave a copy of the claim form with the repairer prior to it being assessed.
If there is no damage to your vehicle complete your claim form in accordance with normal procedures, and post it with any correspondence received from the other party to the Lumley General Insurance office in your state.
